Company will bear re-shipping cost of product which is returned or exchanged due to a reason attributable to Company. Customer to pay re-shipping cost of product which is returned or exchanged due to a reason attributable to Customer. The above return and exchange policy shall be valid if the complaint is reported within 10 days of sale / purchase date.

The Customer agrees to share personal details, name, postal address, email address and mobile phone number, for resolving any issues related with online sale / purchase transaction.

The Customer agrees to observe above online Return / Refund / Exchange Policy if it produces the receipt and returns the item in original packaging and unused condition, within 10 days from the date of purchase mentioned on the payment receipt.
