Aliya B supplies it’s products with the objective that it’s customers will never have to cancel their order or return our products. At the same time, however, we offer the following cancellation and return policy to take care of your worries.

1. Order has not been shipped yet:
Any order which has not been shipped yet can be cancelled in parts or in full. The amount paid by you (if it is a pre-paid order) would be refunded to you within 7 to 10 working days.

2. Order was damaged when received:
We pack our products with utmost care to ensure that the product reaches you in the way it is displayed on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be pleased to replace or cancel your order, in parts or in full, under such circumstances. The only condition for replacement, and full or partial refund, if pre-paid, is that you have to inform us about such damage through email, on the day you receive it, or the very next day.

3. Incorrect items received:
Aliya B ensures that only the customer specified product is shipped to the customer’s correct address. In case, you receive items that are different from the ones ordered, we will ship and deliver the right items at the earliest possible time and collect the incorrect items for return to us at our expense.
Any other reasons for cancellation or return would be handled on a case to case basis.
