Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. This also confirms that we have received your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For purchases weighing up till one kilogram , the following rates shall apply:

1. Karachi to Karachi Rs. 250/-
2. Karachi to other cities Rs. 350/-

For weights of goods exceeding one kilogram, the shipping charges will increase as per the applicable Blue Ex courier rates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Are fulfilled through our designated Blue Ex courier. Packages typically ship from Karachi within 1-2 days of us receiving your order. Please allow another 3-7 business days to your destination.

All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics.

CANCELLATIONS

You may email our customer care team at sales@aliyab.com within 5 hours of placing your order during business hours to request a cancellation. Once we have begun to prepare an order, it is not possible to cancel.
